I looked through the PRF's from early December and I can't find one that matches what you described. As far as I know there's no problem with the PRF form or our e-mail, and the only time when e-mails would have bounced due to a problem on our end would have been during a server outage. Note that when a PRF is submitted, and e-mail is sent to all cogs, so if there really was a problem with the e-mail and you immediately sent a PRF about it, that would explain why we didn't get the PRF either. There was a brief period of time in late November or early December when some nut job was trying to flood our mail server, maybe that was when you were having the problem. You can try sending a new PRF, or send an e-mail to "webmaster" at the BC domain. |
