To disabled flash an shockwave in SeaMonkey manually go to:

Tools> Add-on Manager> Plugins

You will now see:

"Shockwave Flash" and most likely you will also see "Java"

Click on the "Disable" button next to them and then restart the browser. No need for Flashblock.

I am now playing with Seamonkey profiles...

Just go to:

Tools> Switch profile (then create profile)

OT: If you want a cool theme for Seamonkey check out Orbit (http://www.miksworld.de/orbit.html)
