Do not use web based proxies

Anonymouse is a cgi web based proxy, this kind of proxies have privacy holes like Java and javascript. I don't know how that happened to you,but I would not trust Anonymouse or any other web based proxy for high privacy expectations. You can download the free Tor Browser Bundle, which even runs off a USB if necessary, and it uses tor for anonymous browsing, besides the browser comes already configured to avoid data leaks: Tor Browser Bundle: http://www.torproject.org/torbrowser/ PS: Notice that there is a 5 minute video tutorial on that site explaining how to use it.
