However I wouldn't worry about it. I read the TOS and while they're not perfect (there is a clause about cooperating with law enforcement that seems to imply that they won't demand a warrant to cooperate) it's WAY better than the TOS for, say Gmail, Hotmail, etc. And Opera is in Norway, which is rather more rational about such things than the U.S. Since we use a couple of Fastmail accounts, it was something I looked into and it doesn't worry me. If you want a bit more security use PGP or GPG. Or don't say anything compromising! Webmaster
