Oh, forgot the interesting part (legally, not to techies)... How on earth can someone give zero notice? Note that IF you DO NOTHING, it will be treated as you said YES on the effective date. Not unusual, other than the fact that the effective date was 30 April 2010. Yes, a date in the past. Ok, the SAME day that they notified everyone. An attorney somewhere is gonna get rich off this one most likely. |
