Reduced alert.

Information now in my hands indicates that BC and other FS boards have not been "taken over" by evil forces. It seems to be that the existing forces have changed their focus and are allowing the boards to degenerate. However, it may be that many posters no longer find BC to be a comfortable place to post or to visit. That is an individual decision. All I can say is that I know more posters who have given up on BC than those who have remained. Quibble
