Hang in there - even when it looks like there is no hope, it's always better to go on, even if it's just so you can have the satisfaction of looking smugly inward at the bit of you that wants to end it all and saying "Nyaaahhh! I'm stronger than you!" :-) (Believe it or not, that has actually worked for me before, and made me feel a little better! Even if it was just because I thought I'd finally lost my mind...) You occupy a special place in many hearts on and off BC. We'll all be thinking of you. (And yes, I know exactly what you mean about your canine pal. That's what I love about dogs too. The unconditional loyalty, friendship and even love that they show in their sweet, doggy way is such a refreshing break from the fickle nature of people. And you can tell them all about your problems and worries, sure in the knowledge that your secrets will be safe.)
