It takes SO long.

My progress is slow; so slow that I can't even be sure there IS any. Looks as if it's going to be several weeks more before I'm up and about and reasonably normal. It can be very discouraging. Now I've run into a bit of s scheduling problem; the generous BL who's been taking care of me the last few days has appointments that will take him home on Sunday, and the one who's coming back to take over won't be here for 3 or 4 days after that. I'm trying to get a couple of friends in nearby towns to help, but their time is limited. I can't stand up long enough to prepare food or do dishes, I can't dress myself (particularly socks), I can't drive or fetch things at the store, I can't take the dogs out to the yard. I'm quite worried. I presume something will work out, but it's very stressful. There is another BL who might have helped, but I didn't get to him soon enough (didn't realize the problem until just now) so I may end up on my own. Wish me luck. I'll hope to work out something. If not? Not sure that it matters much, but others seem to think so. Tangie
