What probably happened...

Most likely your computer had the index page cached frome a previous visit, from before that Done post was made. The Done post was made on the 17th at 11 AM, almost 36 hours before you made your post, on the 18th at 11 PM. When you made you post and refreshed the page you got the updated index page, showing both your new post and the old post.
