"Tripod has deleted the whole works by troll interference." That's just GW's speculation, he has no evidence for that statement. It may be true, but it may not. In any case, my own experience has been that some providers will delete a site upon receipt of a complaint mentioning "pedophiles" without even bothering to check the site itself. When this happened to me some time ago, I contacted the provider, they checked the site, and it was restored in short order. I've suggested to GW that he do the same thing. If not, there are other places that will give him a home for his site. He should have a complete image of the site on his home computer, so nothing should be lost. If he doesn't, that's just plain carelessness. If he makes no progress with that particular service provider, I'll be able to suggest some alternatives to him via email. Even if you don't have copies of the ones you posted here, every one of them is archived and they aren't about to go offline no matter who complains. We're just not vulnerable to the extent that commercial ISPs are. But you've reminded me that I should make additional backups of every Lounge post locally (they're all still here, right from day 1).
