My own home is in need of much repair as well. my roof is shot, though not leaking, the soffits are falling off, and i need to paint as well however last spring the water supply lines burst. and the winter before that, the furnace went out. but, yeah, if i could get there, i would paint and if i could manage to bring my current #1, O, he would help alot, he's a great worker for a low wage.
