in the same boat - a roof over our heads but no monie to keep the roof in reapir.

The ole home place has no mortage againist it, but would take an extra large bank loan to do what needs to be done to the place.
I would be dead twice over before getting such a loan paid off.

So Somersault -- lets just grit our teeth and enjoy what little we have left.
