Back when I was a handsome boy on the farm -- and there was a major repair work to be done -- all one had to do was buy the Material - give a holler for help and here they would come by the dozens - with hammers, saws and ladders. Of course that was back in those days and times - Today a contract is signed - promicein a certain amount of money - keep your fingers crossed and hope the contractor will do a good job.
