I've been thinking (if anyone reads this)

Just read (and responded to) a post on MBC asking about the webmaster. BC seems to have had pretty bad luck with webmasters, and I think that's responsible for much of the anarchy there. Robbie (who's serving a long sentence for murder), Asa (whose personal problems made it impossible for him to handle the board) and now Curtis (who has been away for months after a death in the family) haven't been able to do much of a job. Perhaps it's impossible to find a good webmaster for BC; the anarchy has reached such proportions that it may be an impossible task to get things under control. I've missed a few days myself, here and there, on the Lounge and the Tech Forum, but I've been in the saddle now for years keeping an eye on things. Mind you, it's an easier job here than on BC; there's no anarchy here and the time required isn't too much for two of us (myself and KRB) to handle. I'd really like to see some more discussion and thought provoking posts here. The quiet personal glimpses are wonderful, but the board's getting narrowly focussed. You're all invited to spice things up a bit (ummm... within the bounds of politeness, of course). We've over 140 registered posters, and only about a dozen regulars. Let's see if we can't bump that up a bit. Somersick
