though not quite so intensively. I like to work out at home, using dumbells and pad. I dropped out for a couple of months due to domestic troubles, but am just getting back in the groove. I hate to lose the muscle tone. It makes me feel good to see my bod take a more pleasing shape. I started after spending a year in Europe, upon my return from which I found I had put on fifteen or twenty pounds. Joined a gym for a few months, then got some free weights to work out at home. You need a trainer to show you how to do it right for starters, so you don't injure yourself; but obviously you know that. Unfortunately I never saw any cute boys at my gym; it was a gay gym, and they tend to be inhabited by big-muscle honcho types and other gym bunnies. I never cared for treadmills; I like to go for a walk and see the scenery pass by. But to each his own. I'm impressed you're working so hard at it. Keep your pecker up!
